Law of Attraction: Reality-Creating Time vs. Enjoying-the-Creation Time

Today, I was having trouble sorting out why it kind of felt difficult for me to flow energy and focus towards what I'm wanting. Recently, I've been on a kick of really feeling conviction about my desires and creating with a deeper sense of worthiness than I ever have. It's kind of the reason I started the publishing journey and decided to jump-start my career as a teacher of vibration in general, as well as why I'm choosing this topic for the first blog post on my site. I've tuned into my unconditional worthiness and decided that I can think about and flow energy towards my desires, regardless of condition, in a way I never have. Well, this morning, I wasn't quite feeling the energy in the same way and that gave me pause. "Why am I not feeling it like I was all week?" I was asking myself, beginning to doubt this new sense of worthiness.
Well, besides the undeniable fact of ebb-and-flow in general, what came to me this morning was a more specified and fleshed out understanding of that. It just sort of occured to me, "Ohhhh! This is enjoying the creation time." In other words, I wasn't quite as interested in just flowing energy towards my desires as I have been over the past couple weeks during my morning meditation and journaling time. Yes, affirming is great and should obviously be done as long and as often as it feels natural and authentic, but I began to fully appreciate that there is also an aspect of me that wants to just sort of kick back and enjoy the unfolding. This can actually be seen as a central misconception when it comes to learning that your thoughts create reality and how to best utilize the Law of Attraction - that you must always be doing it. When you step back though, isn't it just logical that you should take some time to enjoy the journey and the becoming of those thoughts?

Yes, flowing energy at a new reality with good-feeling thoughts is absolutely delicious. However, part of creating reality is allowing yourself to enjoy the creation, duh! It can be so easy to get swept up in the idea of keeping up with your personal expansion, that in a sort of defensive way, you begin to worry about it not coming about if you're not always flowing energy at the new expansion. This is actually quite counter-productive. It's actually going into a state of resistance to that flowed energy, taking you down the emotional scale to worry and even worse if you don't catch yourself and start enjoying the aformentioned unfolding.
Not that this isn't understandable though. Certainly, there were those times where you really weren't keeping up with your expansion just because you didn't really belive you were worthy of it and things subsequently really didn't keep going your way. It can sort of trigger a defensive response to keep going and keep going with the thoughts, which can actually trip you up quite quickly. If you really paid attention to how you're feeling though, you will catch that for what it is: defensiveness, resistance. When you do catch yourself in this way, you can actually open yourself up to a pretty key piece of wisdom. That wisdom is understanding the ebb-and-flow, or yin and yang, in its purest form. It is the flowing of the energy through thought, getting the energy going so that you're feeling that flow, and then the enjoying the unfolding part. You can almost look at this as the most refined version of duality in your individuated consciousness. The masculine directing the energy at a desired outcome, and then the feminine following that flow, fleshing the idea out, and experiencing the creation of it.
This takes me back what I said about kicking back and enjoying the unfolding. I didn't mean to literally do nothing, but to take the time and appreciate how the universe is moving co-operative components around and bringing you evidence of that creation coming into being. This also means reaping the benefit of inspired action too. Enjoying-the-creation time isnt just about sitting back and observing, it is fundamentally about enjoying the action as well. As action is not really how you create, but how you enjoy the creation itself. The difference is that the action will flow with more ease and enthusiasm because your thought energy is lined up with the desire. So you can look at this like reality-creation time as the flowing of your thoughts towards those new, expanded desires and the enjoying-the-creation time as the time you take to appreciate the universe delivering you signs and evidence, taking the inspired action as it comes and flows from you naturally, and even reflecting a bit. Drawing more connections between experiences, connecting more dots, and fleshing out the ideas you've been flowing energy towards.
As you can see, both of these aspects of creating reality are integral to one another and compliment each other beautifully. They both have equal value. On a deeper level, it represents the truest and most pure duality that exists. The masculine and the feminine, the active and the passive, the focus and the becoming, the yin and the yang, and the creating and the enjoying of the creation. This is simplifying and purifying the experience of duality in your mind, so it doesn't go into illusory forms like the notion of dark and light, good and bad, or right and wrong. Not that those forms are neccessarily false through and through, they're just not refined understandings of what duality truly is. There is no source of darkness, but there is an ebb and a flow. There is resistance and allowing, contrast and expansion, of course. That's how reality is created. Embracing the enjoying-the-creation time is what actually helps practice detachment while maintaining your connection to Source and to your desires, so you don't get caught in a whirlwind of resistance and begin showing yourself illusory evidence of a source of darkness. Furthermore deciding that certain desires aren't possible or other false premises we as humans tend to decide when we don't allow ourselves to enjoy the journey.
Striking this balance is absolutely central to creating your reality. You obviously can't just be thinking about things in perpetuity and never enjoy them actually coming into being for you. Nor can you just passively experience reality and expect your life to go in a way that's pleasing to you and tailored to your personal expansion. When you do allow yourself this purity of duality is when you truly allow yourself to have a delicious life experience and more consistent satisfaction and positive emotion than ever. It keeps your mind from wandering too far from the path of your unfolding and expanding desire and from deciding on common false premises about what we and reality are. It's sort of a central key to a wonderful life experience. So, all in all, do yourself a favor. Become aware of the subtlety that tells you when it's time to pick up the energy and to focus and to daydream, and when it's time to kick back and to allow the evidence to come to you, to flesh out ideas, and to reflect and appreciate how the universe is working on your behalf to make it all happen. Not that I've never allowed myself to do this, but stepping back and appreciating this subtlety did kind of save me from some unneccessary resistance and confusion, as well as instilling a deeper understanding and appreciation of how this all works.
